En L’air Studio of Dance offers technique classes for children ages 12 to 18 years old. Whether your child is a beginner or experienced dancer, our studio offers professional dance education in a supportive environment that promotes success.

Technique classes are offered in the idioms of ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and pointe. Our Technique II level classes are one hour classes open to students ages 12 and 13 years old. Ballet is a requisite for all levels of Contemporary and Pointe.
Technique classes are offered in the idioms of ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and pointe. Our Technique III level classes are one hour classes open to students ages 13.5 to 18 years old. Ballet is a requisite for all levels of Contemporary and Pointe.
This additional 30 minute ballet class is required in conjunction with Ballet Technique II & III. Ballet is the foundation of all dance idioms, therefore we believe there is value in working on ballet technique all year long in order to maintain muscle memory, strength and precision. Ballet Technique II & III focuses on barre work, progressions, adagio, and petite and grande allegros, while Ballet Choreography is where we focus on combinations and choreography for the year end recital.
